How you helpNonprofits like ours depend on people donating their time to assist in caring for the animals and the place they call home. We can’t do our job without people like you.
About usSASHA Farm was founded by Dorothy Davies and Monte Jackson in the late 1980s. Their quaint family farm quickly turned into a sanctuary and they became vegan once they experienced such deep connections with their animals. In 2001, SASHA Farm Animal Sanctuary officially became a nonprofit. From there, Monte, Dorothy, staff, and volunteers created the oldest and largest farmed animal sanctuary in the Midwest.
